Car Show Shine is a father and son business. We both share a love of cars.
Some people love Fords, Chevys, Dodge or exotics.
We love them all. We talk about our favorite cars on a regular basis.
We’ve been obsessed with caring for our vehicles for years, looking for the best products and processes involved in making our vehicles look, feel and smell new again.
The cost of vehicles has increased so much over the years. Besides buying a home, a vehicle is usually one of the biggest single purchases people will make during their lifetime. When you spend a lot of money on something, you want to take care of it so it lasts a long time.
We take care of our cars, and we look forward to taking care of yours like our own.
When you contact us, based on the services requested, we will determine the amount of time required to work on your vehicle. In most cases, we will schedule a time for you to drop off and pick up your vehicle. Throughout the process, we will stay in communication with you regarding progress.
We have invested in a state-of-the-art facility located in Fountain, Minnesota. It’s climate controlled year round. All vehicles under our care stay inside day or night, not only to keep them out of the elements but for safety and security purposes.
We use high quality professional detailing products, equipment, and processes. And, we are fully insured.

Jason Sethre – Father
I have always loved cars.
When I was a kid, every time my father took me shopping with him at K-mart, he bought me a Hot Wheels or Matchbox car. Needless to say, I had enough cool cars to fill a five gallon pail.
As a youngster, I helped my father wash his 1978 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. It was black with gold pinstriping and red interior. I remember it had hubcaps he special ordered that had spokes. This was the car in which I learned to drive in order to get my driver’s license.
My father cherished that car. Every Saturday morning from April to October, he’d pull the car out of the garage and wash it in the driveway. I helped him wash the car, and he showed me how to get into every nook and cranny to make sure it looked as beautiful as the day he bought it.
Helping my father wash his car inspired me to wash my little red pedal fire truck and my bicycle. My father taught me how to take care of my things. If you take care of them, they last longer. And, you can be proud of what you own.
Fast-forward more than 30 years, and this is the same way my wife Amanda, and I have raised our children, Olivia and Landon. Our children have grown up with that same expectation.
And, this is how our business came to be. We enjoy taking care of our vehicles and we want to help others bring out that car show shine.

Landon Sethre – Son
I am currently a senior in high school at Fillmore Central, graduating with the class of 2025.
My passion for cars began in 2017 when my dad surprised my mom with a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro SS. From the time my parents had purchased the Camaro they took pride in that car. They kept it in the best possible shape. In the beginning, I didn’t quite understand the reason for washing the Camaro after every time they drove it, but now I understand.
Originally, my dad washed the Camaro in our driveway, testing products to find the best quality on the market. He would only wash it at night to make sure there wouldn’t be any water droplets that dried on the car from the sun.
I learned a lot from my father, and I’ve taken a great interest in furthering my knowledge of professional detailing.
Building up to the opening of Car Show Shine, I have detailed many vehicles. I have detailed vehicles for family members, close relatives, and even neighbors in my small hometown of Fountain. Taking care of vehicles is very important to me, and I look forward to building relationships with customers who want to feel good in their clean vehicle.
